smooth midnight check-in and helpful stuff who get taxi for us every day. impressed by breakfast buffet which are simply clean, healthy and the waitress and chef are very attentive especially Yeri who had small talk with us every morning . one day my husband got stomachache, Yeri and the chef prepared breakfast box for him. location is excellent and there is restaurants , fast food and shopping malls around , walk distance to casino , Queens Plaza and South Bank, Arts Gallery, Museum etc. I would say everything is practical in the hotel.

Perfectly located in the heart of Brisbane and close to the Botanical Gardens. Every convenience wuthun walking distance. This hotel has amazing views. My 24th Fl room had massive windows that looked through the skyscrapers of the city. The windows had privacy curtains as well as a complete electric blackout screen. The king bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and sell designed. I really liked how you could open part of the bathroom wall to enable a view from the shower to the city skyline. All amenities in the room (bar fridge, tea/coffee, etc). Fast lifts and large enough to accommodate my eBike. Friendly staff with fast check-in/out. The 12:00 check out time was appreciated. Will happily stay again.

Valet parking - it is brilliant. Cost $49 per night, but honestly we have travelled many times to Brisbane and parking your own car (ours is a 4wd SUV) is a nightmare in the city hotels. Having someone else park for you is a god-send. Plus based on our experience, other hotels cost not that much difference really for regular non-valet parking (sometimes even more). Buffet breakfast - it was nice to be able to have the buffet option, particularly for the day of check-out. Bed - very very comfortable Chromecast - chrome cast is available with free internet :) Perfect to stream your fav streaming services before bed / when relaxing for a while in the room Location - well located. Also next door is the Westin, where you can get access to the gym + Nautilus pool in the Westin (they are both from the Mariott Bonvoy group of hotels)

That we were able to use the pool at the Westin. The swim up bar is amazing. Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. All the staff were friendly and helpul.

Check-in was very easy & efficient. The staff were quite helpful & explained all of the costs associated with the booking. Room was clean, comfortable & quiet. Although on the 24th floor, we had no trouble with getting elevators. Breakfast was a good spread with omelets & eggs cooked by a chef. Location was convenient to the Botanical Gardens.

My partner and I spent our 4 year anniversary at Four Points, and upon arrival we were gifted 2 different bottles of wine and a small grazing platter with a lovely note in our room which was very sweet. The room was very comfortable and clean, and bonus points for the chrome cast in the TV!

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, I asked if it was ok for a late check out, they were only too happy to accommodate my request. I will definitely be staying there on my future visits to Brisbane 😊 and having a coffee shop right there was such a convenience, the coffee tasted lovely too!
